Red Pepper Pesto

Ingredients

50g Walnuts
4 roasted red peppers
30g parmesan
1 clove of garlic
4 large stems of fresh basil
2 tbsp Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until it reaches the desired consistency.

Add to a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. When you are ready to serve, warm through and add a spoon of mascarpone to make it creamy and add to pasta for a delicious sauce.
