Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients
80ml Brock and Morten Natural Rapeseed Oil
50g dark chocolate
50g milk chocolate
200g self raising flour
3 table spoons coco powder
150g caster sugar
225 coconut milk
3tbsp peanut butter
Pinch sea salt x2
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200c or 400F. Line a square baking tin with parchment.
Melt both types of chocolate. In a separate bowl put the flour, coco powder, sugar and salt and mix well.
Pour in the melted chocolate, milk and Brock and Morten Natural Rapeseed Oil. Mix everything together until completely smooth.
Pour the batter into the lined tin and spread out evenly. Swirl in the peanut butter ensuring some is well mixed and some is still visible on the surface.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. The middle should still be wobbly. Once cooked remove from the oven to cool completely before cutting. Sprinkle a little sea salt on the top before serving.
Change this recipe up by adding chopped nuts to the mixture too.
