Balsamic Pulled Pork
Ingredients
Boneless Pork Shoulder
150ml Brock and Morten Honey
150ml Brock and Morten Balsamic Vinegar
2tbsp Soft Brown Sugar
100ml Hoisin Sauce
150ml Chicken Stock
4 cloves Crushed Garlic
1 Large Diced Onion
Rolls, coleslaw, and sides to serve with.
Method
Trim excess fat from the pork and add to a slow cooker.
Add the honey, balsamic, sugar, hoisin sauce, stock, garlic and onions into a bowl. Mix throughly and pour over the pork shoulder.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Check that the pork is thoroughly cooked through.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and pull apart with two forks. Serve with rolls, coleslaw, side salads or any other accompaniments you choose.
