Thai BBQ Prawns
Ingredients
Around 6 king prawns per person
Brock and Morten Thai Flavoured Rapeseed Oil
One cloves of crushed Garlic
Method
Mix 4 table spoons of Brock and Morten Thai Flavoured Rapeseed Oil with a crushed clove of garlic. Add the prawns to the mixture and coat thoroughly. Cover and leave in the fridge to marinade for at least 3 hours.
Heat up the BBQ and cook directly on the grills or place the prawns on skewers before cooking. Cook for around 4 minutes on each side ensuring the prawns are thoroughly cooked through.
Serve with salad, pittas or enjoy just as they are with a big dollop of Brock and Morten Mayonnaise.
