Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
1 large sweet potato per person
3 tbsp Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
Method
For this recipe you can bake in the oven for 30 minutes or for a crispier finish use an air fryer.
Chop the sweet potato in to 1 cm strips. Add to a bowl and coat in in the Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil.
Sprinkle over the sea salt, thyme and paprkia and mix thoroughly.
Lay the coated sweet potato on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Or in a lined air fryer draw. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven and around 15 to 20 minutes in the air fryer, or until the fries are piping hot and crispy on the outside.
Serve straight away. We highly recommend accompanying them with one of our delicious mayonnaises.
