Glazed Noodles
Ingredients
400g Noodles, we use rice noodles
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil
4 tbsp vegetable stock
4 spring onions, sliced
A handful of chopped peanuts
100g beansprouts
Lime
Chilli flakes to taste
Finely sliced red cabbage and carrot to garnish if required.
Method
Prepare your ingredients by adding the soy, sugar, stock, chilli flakes and Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil to a bowl and mix well.
Cook your noodles as per the instructions on the packet. This is usually around 4 minutes in boiling water.
Once your noodles are cooked add them to a hot frying pan with a drizzle of Brock and Morten Garlic Rapeseed Oil and then add the sauce mixture. Toss in the beansprouts and spring onions and cook through for around 3 minutes.
Add to a bowl and serve straight away with a garnish of chopped peanuts, lime and sliced vegetables.
You can also add chicken or prawns to this dish too!
