Ingredients

Ciabatta, sourdough, baguette or bagel, as preferred
3/5 slices pastrami per person
Lettuce
Sliced beef tomato
Sliced red onion
Brock and Morten Mustard Mayonnaise
Gherkins
2/3 slices emmental

Method

Slice your choice of ciabatta, sourdough, baguette or bagel in half and lightly toast .

Once toasted, spread one side generously with Brock and Morten Mustard Mayonnaise.

Layer up with the toppings listed above. Feel free to leave out those you don’t like and add in any extras that you do.


This is one of our favourite sandwich recipes. It allows our mustard mayonnaise to really shine amongst the other simple, but tasty ingredients. If you are entertaining, make this sandwich look extra special by adding a gherkin and a sandwich spike to the top. Serve with a side salad, crisps or homemade coleslaw.
