Christmas Biscuits
Ingredients
80ml Brock & Morten Rapeseed oil
200g rapeseed oil
180g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
Pinch of salt
1 large egg
100g melted chocolate
50g chopped nuts
Method
Line a large tray with baking paper and pre-heat the oven to 180°c
Beat together the sugar, egg and oil until smooth.
In a separate bow mix together all of the dry ingredients. Add to the sugar, egg and oil mixture and mix together until a dough forms.
Roll the dough out and cut into Christmas shapes. Place on the lined baking sheet and bake for around 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Melt the chocolate and either dip the biscuits in the chocolate or drizzle in the chocolate and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
