Salad Dressing

Ingredients

4 tablespoons of Brock & Morten Rapeseed Oil

2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar

1 crushed garlic clove

2 teaspoons of honey

2 teaspoons of wholegrain mustard

Handful of any fresh herbs

Salt and Pepper

Method

Add all ingredients together in a jar and shake well.

Perfect over salad but can be used on potatoes or meat too.
