Another Great Taste Award Winner
Last month we announced the launch of our brand new dressings and dips. A product that we have wanted to join our collection since starting the business.
We have been delighted to see how much you are enjoying this addition to our product range and you are not the only ones. Our Lemongrass, Lime and Soy flavour dressing was loved by the judges of The Great Taste Awards who gave it a 2 star award!
Here is what the judges had to say about the dressing:
This glossy dressing has good viscosity and a lovely rich balsamic nose with hints of lemongrass and lime leaf. The velvety texture of the dressing in the mouth is lovely. We are so impressed with the flavour of this dressing. It builds slowly and every ingredient unfurls in the mouth. The date-like sweetness of the balsamic is complemented beautifully by rich garlic and zesty chili. The heat is well-balanced and fresh and the warming root ginger on the finish is beguiling.
It is exquisite and we love the flavour journey you go on when you taste this dressing. It is cleverly made. We got excited about how we would use this dressing in our home kitchen. This dressing is alive with layers of flavour.
