Product of the Month - Lemon Rapeseed Oil
This month we are looking at our delicious Lemon Rapeseed Oil in more detail. This Great Taste Award Winning oil is one of our customer favourites and a real kitchen essential for the Spring and Summer months ahead.
This flavoured rapeseed oil has a base of our delicious natural rapeseed oil, which we spoke about on the blog last month; and contains all the same health benefits as the natural rapeseed oil. However, with this oil, as all of our flavoured rapeseed oils, we add natural essential oils to the base oil. This provides the delicious flavour required.
The Lemon Rapeseed Oil was presented to the Queen as part of a Derbyshire hamper when she visited Chatsworth House in 2014...it then went back to Windsor Castle with her in her helicopter!
The Brock and Morten Lemon Rapeseed Oil is ideal for adding to summery dishes of chicken or fish. It is delicious drizzled over oven roasted vegetables, and also makes a great dressing for salads. Not only that, but our lemon rapeseed oil can also provide a great flavour in baking too!
We offer lots of recipe ideas on our website and encourage you to use your favourite Brock and Morten rapeseed oils in lots of new ways. However, we are always on the look out for new ideas.
