Stockist of the Month - Roberts in Ashford

The Brock and Morten farm is based in the picturesque village of Ashford in the Water, just outside Bakewell in Derbyshire. We are Chatsworth tenant farmers and feel super lucky to have the most amazing countryside views all around us. 

A short walk from the farm finds us in our local village of Ashford in the Water. This picturesque village alongside the River Wye is a big tourist attraction due to its character and charm. You really do feel like you have stepped back in time with the beautiful historic properties, cricket green and sheep wash bridge which has remained fully intact. 

In the heart of this little village is the village store. Kept in a traditional manner in-keeping with the charm of the village, Robert’s is an essential part of Ashford in the Water. 

Being situated 2 minutes away from us, Robert’s were one of the very first stockists of Brock and Morten Rapeseed oil and have supported us from the very beginning. We love the idea of customers buying our rapeseed oil from Robert’s, which has been grown, pressed and bottled just up the road.
